Acceptable Use Policy

1. General

You may use Economique Elegance only for lawful business purposes consistent with our Terms of Service. You are responsible for activity under your accounts and workspaces.

2. Prohibited activities

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Attempting to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
• Interfering with or disrupting the service, or reverse engineering except as allowed by law.
• Scraping or harvesting data at scale without our written permission.
• Uploading malware or abusive content.
• Misrepresenting your identity or authority to bind a business.

3. Financial & bank-connection data

• Connect only accounts you are authorized to link for the workspace (e.g. your business’s accounts).
• Do not use imported transaction data to discriminate unlawfully, stalk, harass, or commit fraud.
• Do not attempt to extract or resell raw financial data obtained through Plaid beyond legitimate use of the product for your own bookkeeping / P&L.
• Do not circumvent Plaid consent, Data Transparency Messaging, or institution OAuth controls.

4. AI features

Do not use AI drafting to generate unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. You must review AI output before sending it to clients.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate and suspend or terminate access for violations. Report abuse to hello@economiqueelegance.com.
